InOut is addressed at all the players in the out-of-home sector: general managers, owners of hotels and non-hotel accommodation facilities, decision makers of international chains, design and architecture studios, and managers of open-air campsites.

Every year, InOut | The Hospitality Community features a main theme to guide the show's events programme, inspired by the current market environment, condensing in a concept the urgent issues affecting the sector.

The main theme guides three days of inspirational content and panel discussions featuring internationally renowned speakers, companies and industry experts who discuss the market, bringing the nine arenas of  InOut | The Hospitality Community to life.

Veritas is the theme that guided the events of the 2024 edition, a Latin term chosen to invoke the indispensable search for “factual truth” in an age in which we have seen artificial storytelling, not always authentic reviews and false information proliferate online.

Companies in the tourism and hospitality industry discussed how to face a growing challenge: to provide certain trend data, scientifically verifiable market analysis and truthful accounts of regions to their customers. The goal is to go beyond “clichés” and “guided views” designed purely to persuade a traveller who no longer feels like a consumer but like a thinking and self-assured individual.

Architectural spaces dedicated to tourism and hospitality also play a key role in recounting this Veritas through architecture and materials adaptable to different cultural, social and climatic environments.

InOut | The Hospitality Community, with Veritas, has offered the industry a guide towards a new era, where truth, ethics and sustainability are the pillars on which to build the future of tourism and hospitality.
