Once you’ve booked your booth, make sure that you’ve considered all the opportunities that will give your company the greatest visibility at the exhibition, contacts and return on your investment.
Here are a few ideas for making your attendance more effective.

Design your communication plan together with us. We can create tailored DEM for you to send to all of InOut’s visitors; you can book a banner on our site and newsletters, organise an event in the exhibition and create opportunities for networking with your customers, planning the communication towards your desired targets and involving sector operators in a targeted, effective fashion.
Find new customers : business meeting
This is an exclusive service reserved to InOut exhibitors for meeting profiled Top Buyers in reserved area.
The initiative is completely free, including the interpreting service (with the exception of English, for which interpreters are not provided).
The one-to-one meetings will be scheduled in the weeks preceding the exhibition, with the aim of matching targeted demand with appropriate offer, through a ‘marketplace’ (a diary for virtual offer-demand dialogue). Two weeks before the exhibition, each exhibitor will receive a list with the buyer profiles, indicate their preferences and, a few days before the exhibition opens, receive the list of appointments made.
