WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE SHOW?

The show will be held from 8 to 10 October 2025. 

Wednesday, 8 October 2025, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday, 9 October 2025, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm 
Friday, 10 October 2025, from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm

TICKETS AND ENTRY

HOW CAN I BUY A TICKET?

The show is reserved for industry professionals. Admission is free after online registration.

Online registration is required to access the show. 

Access is permitted only to industry professionals.

The show is reserved exclusively for industry professionals, so the accompanying person must also be accredited and work within the industry.

Yes, they may be admitted.

A company business card is all you need. 

Yes, the entry ticket is valid for the three days of the show.

Yes, you may.

It is not compulsory to present the ticket in paper format. You can show your entry ticket in digital format from the Tourism&Hospitality HUB event app, which you can simply access by logging in with the details you used to register for the show. DOWNLOAD THE APP HERE

Children are permitted entry, subject to completion of a waiver (online link coming soon), which must be presented at the ticket office to obtain an entry ticket. 

Small dogs on a lead and with a muzzle are permitted. 

You can send a written request to booking_gruppi@iegexpo.it . 4th and 5th grade classes of secondary schools are permitted to visit, only on the last day of the show. 

Yes, you can register as a Content Creator by selecting SPECIALISED MEDIA as the main activity and CONTENT CREATOR as the detailed activity.

HOW TO GET TO THE EXHIBITION CENTRE

HOW CAN I GET TO THE EXHIBITION CENTRE?

The address of the Rimini fairgrounds is:
Via Emilia, 155 - Rimini

Entrances to the show are located at:

SOUTH Entrance: Via Emilia, 155 (GPS coordinates: 44.0726, 12.526308)

EAST Entrance: Via Costantino il Grande (GPS coordinates: 44.072706, 12.531437)

WEST Entrance: Via San Martino in Riparotta (GPS coordinates: 44.072377, 12.521374)

Visitors can park in the parking areas around the exhibition centre and pay the following charges:

Car: €18,00 per parking space.
Motorhomes/vans: €20,00 per parking space.
Buses: €30,00 per parking space.
Mopeds/Motorcycles: €0,00 (free)

Parking spaces cannot currently be booked. 

The INOUT website provides useful information for those travelling with Telepass, electric vehicles, passengers with reduced mobility or needing an invoice. FIND OUT MORE ON THE WEBSITE

PAY IN CASH
Pick up your ticket at the car park entrance and go to the manned or automatic cashiers at the fairground entrances. You can pay on arrival to skip the queue at the cash desk!

Keep the ticket to exit.

PAY WITH TELEPASS
In car parks SOUTH 1-3 and WEST 3-4-5, you can pay automatically for parking with your Telepass device.

IS THE SHOW HELD EVERY YEAR?

Yes, the show is held every year. 

InOut | The Hospitality Community proposes an exhibition route divided into four macro areas with the aim of providing visitors with a comprehensive experience of the indoor and outdoor world of hospitality: 

  • Sia Hospitality Design, the exhibition space in Italy dedicated exclusively to hospitality and new concepts in the industry.
     
  • Sun Beach&Outdoor Style, a comprehensive review of all innovations for beach companies and establishments.
     
  • Superfaces, the exhibition area B2B dedicated to all types of coverings and materials for architecture, interiors and design.
     
  • Greenscape, the space dedicated to design, furnishing, equipment and landscape solutions for hôtellerie.

To attend the events, simply turn up at the venue. 

The fairgrounds are fully accessible to people with disabilities.

There is a cloakroom service near the entrances open for the event. 

There are bars and catering services in the exhibition centre.

Use SALTA LA CASSA / SKIP THE LINE, the new optional service designed to pay for breakfast, lunch, or even just a coffee at the Summertrade bars and catering services inside the exhibition center.

HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK? We'll explain it to you in a few simple steps:

  3. Order and pay easily from your mobile using a credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. You can receive the receipt via email or request an invoice on the website saltalacassa.it
  4. Go directly to the counter and pick up your order

Yes, the free IEG.FREEWIFI network is available in the restaurant and conference room areas.
It can be accessed by registering with a social account or with your first name, surname and email.
