University professor, carries out training and research for the promotion of territories, food and wine and cultural tourism, is director of internationally applied projects, has worked for many Ministries of Tourism and international bodies (UNWTO-World Tourism Organization, FAO). She was CEO of ENIT during the Draghi government and Vice President of the Tourism Commission of the OECD-Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. She is keynote speaker at major events on the subject of tourism. She holds numerous positions, including President of the Italian Wine and Food Tourism Association. She is the author of 23 books, more than 60 scientific publications and 11 editions of the Food and Wine Tourism Report. She is a Knight of the Order "Al merito della Repubblica Italiana."
