She boasts extensive experience in the MICE sector, which has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of hospitality and food service. Building on this expertise and her commitment to promoting more responsible practices in the tourism industry, since 2023 she has been dedicated to launching and developing Clorofil and Peace&Work in Italy, innovative solutions from the French group Majorian, focused on environmental and social sustainability for hoteliers and restaurateurs. In this role, Elena defines strategic partnerships, finalizes commercial agreements, and promotes communication initiatives. She also participates in the technical committee for the development of Clorofil, the first carbon footprint solution dedicated to the sector, working alongside the dedicated team. Elena holds a degree in Public Relations from IULM University in Milan and completed further training in Key Account Management at SDA Bocconi.
