Erica Mingotto - CISET researcher

CISET researcher

A researcher at CISET (International Center for the Study of Tourism Economics), she has been engaged in study, applied research and training on tourism economics and management issues for more than a decade. Her main areas of interest and research concern: sustainable tourism development with the consequent assessment of the impacts of tourism on destinations and the adoption of responsible practices by businesses; new market trends; and innovation in tourism businesses and their business models, also related to the adoption of new technologies. He has also recently been working on the dynamics and attractiveness of work in tourism.
