The experiences of sustainability and circularity that define the quality of a tourism product and, therefore, Destination. And then Social Sustainability as a new paradigm and goal of cohesion among the community, territories and visitors. These are the themes brought to TTG Travel Experience in this talk.
Indeed, the new European directives and regulatory compliance that define the value of a product also affect the tourism sector, urging it to address the issue of measured and certified value associated with social sustainability. But what are the goals? How to measure and communicate the value of businesses and destinations?
