A graduate in Environmental Economics, Territorial Marketing, he is head of the External Relations and Partnerships office, University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo.
For years he has been involved in the themes of sustainability, circular economy and systemic approach, and enhancement of agrifood supply chains and related territories.
For years he has been responsible for Slow Food's event partnerships, Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity projects and Slow Food Editore publications, coordinating the Fundraising team for the Association.
Since 2014 he has overseen the development of projects with the network of companies and institutions that support and collaborate with the University of Pollenzo.
Management training projects, development of collaborations in the field of circular economy and sustainability, support for innovation and new forms of storytelling are the main areas of action proposed to the UNISG network.
