The impact of social content is fundamental in the selection of a destination or a specific accommodation facility: 97% of tourists share their travel experiences, 89% book their holidays following suggestions posted by friends and influencers.
Nothing is left to chance anymore, every piece of information is verified in advance, otherwise the tourist's expectations will be frustrated and he will share his disappointment in real time.
