In an ever-changing world, a new tool is entering our lives in a big way: Artificial Intelligence.
Like all technological novelties, it frightens the unknown, arouses mistrust in those who are little users of technological tools that are evolving day by day.
The evolution of AI is much faster than all previous technological innovations, it enters our lives, our work and will inevitably determine, consequences that will transform the way we live and work.
Even the Hospitality world is totally involved in it, starting from increasingly ‘intelligent’ software, which educates itself, such as the RMS that can already replace a revenue account, up to the Robots that replace the reception staff, a reality now in Japan in the Huis Ten Bosch theme park in Sasebo, Nagasaki.
If we understand evolution, if we ride it, we can manage it, otherwise we risk being swept away by it like a tsunami.
We will therefore see, together with experts, how to train our personnel, prepare our staff for the new technologies, we will analyse the pluses and minuses arising from the use of these AI tools, we will understand the importance of ‘knowing to control’ artificial minds, so that they become our allies and not our enemies.

Italia, the Association of Hotel Managers, which will address this topic with prestigious speakers and experts, offering its members and those who are intrigued by it, numerous food for thought for a future that does not frighten but fascinates those who wish to work in the Hospitality 4.0 world.
