Director of the Osservatorio Travel Innovation

She has been collaborating since 2015 with the Digital Innovation Observatories of the Politecnico di Milano, where she is Director of the Digital Innovation in Tourism Observatory and Digital Innovation in Cultural Heritage and Activities Observatory. Since 2004 she has been involved in applied research and development projects in the fields of Tourism and Culture, also teaching at universities and reporting to national and international conferences.
