In the Bluvacanze Group since September 2022, he is in charge of all 3 legal entities of the company owned by MSC Cruises: leisure retail with the Bluvacanze and Vivere&Viaggiare brands, the tour operator Going and the travel management company Cisalpina Tours. It has the task of developing an "actualized omnichannel" project to build new relationships with the customer-traveler; focus possible thanks to the capillarity of travel agencies (300) and technological implementations, a new integrated communication and products in target with it. Its department is implementing a new dialogue model between digital and points of sale: a process started with the Retail division. The Blu&cluB APP and the Bluvacanze.it online shop are among the first implementations, as is the new social media and digital communication strategy.
