Today, her aim is to make entrepreneurs aware of the performance of their establishment, to optimise costs and to improve the quality perceived by the guest for each individual department. For her, analysing costs does not mean "cutting", but rather optimising and striving for the highest quality of each service (and margin!). Her passion for numbers allows her to dispel your doubts with clear and objective answers. Her extremely versatile management control model, fine-tuned thanks to her direct experience of 14 years in hotel management and her degree in Business Administration.
