Federculture President
Born in 1955, he was Mayor of Lodi from 1980 to 1990. From 1994 to 2007 CEO of Clac, Centro Legno Arredo Cantù, Italy's first design center; from 2002 to 2007, CEO of Material ConneXion Milano, design center for the dissemination of innovative materials. From 2002 to May 2018 he was DG of the Milan Triennale. From May 14, 2018 to December 31, 2019, he was director of MEET, International Center for Digital Culture, Milan. Since November 2015, he has been president of Federculture. From 2019 to 2021 he is a member of the Steering Committee and since 2022 a member of the Advisory Board of Seoul Design Award. Since January 2021 he has been director ADI Design Museum - Compasso d'Oro, Milan. Since April 2022 he has been a board member Museo Diocesano, Milan. Since June 2023 he has been chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Monza Royal Palace and Park.
