She gained extensive experience in various fields, beginning her career in Italy in the accounting, tax and commercial sectors. Later, she became a partner and travel consultant for a high-end tour operator, where she deepened her expertise in the luxury travel sector.
In 2011, she joined Safilo Spa, a renowned Italian company that manufactures and distributes sunglasses, eyewear and sports eyewear worldwide. As Global Travel Manager, she managed the global travel office, as well as meetings and events. During his tenure, he led the computerization of travel requests and expense report management for the entire group, significantly improving business processes.
Since the end of 2018, he has held the position of Customer Success Partner at SAP Concur. In this position, his main goal is to ensure that customers derive maximum benefit from SAP Concur solutions. She closely follows up with customers after solution activation, making sure they use all the system's features to optimize the company's technology investment.
