He deals with administrative and civil law, in and out of court, including in dealings with independent national and European authorities, with particular regard to the areas of public contracts for works, services and supplies, project financing, public-private partnership, urban planning, environmental law, real estate and, more generally, everything concerning relations between private individuals and the public administration. In particular, he has dealt in depth with issues related to beach concessions, closely following their regulatory and jurisprudential developments, both at the national and European level. He joined BonelliErede in 2023 as Of Counsel and is Professor of Constitutional Law at the Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples.
