In its most recent Bulletin, Bankitalia attributes Tourism as the country's main growth driver, having exhausted the boost from the Superbonus.

Despite commonplaces and sometimes driven views, global megatrends now clearly emerge and begin to foreshadow the competitive scenario in which the sector will be called upon to develop.

Let's try to measure ourselves on a time horizon projected to 2030 and 2035, where enormous changes are destined to intervene on such basic elements for the sector as the wealth produced by the world's major economies, the stability and security of Country Systems, and the planet's climate order.

How is Tourism, which is heavily dependent on sustainability for its development, preparing itself? What degree of awareness are businesses demonstrating and what are the most accredited trends? What tools are available to businesses and professionals to react proactively to changing scenarios? What positive experiences are emerging from local areas and institutions that can be taken as examples for further development?

OPENING OF THE PROCEEDINGS.
Carlo Sangalli, President of Confcommercio-Imprese per l'Italia
