He is the Sole Administrator of Holiday Family Village, a Resort located in Porto Sant’Elpidio with more than two thousand beds, which is known as one of the most advanced non-hotel accommodation facilities in Italy.
Expert in marketing and management of hospitality businesses, his skills are evidenced by the number of awards he has received, including the third place in the 2022 ranking of the Hospitality Social Awards for the best social media marketing activities in Italy.
Thanks to his forerunning and innovative approach, which has always been a distinguishing feature throughout his career, he devised the “Holiday & Performance” format creating the perfect synergy between the relaxation during the holiday and the involvement in top-class theatrical and musical performances, positioning itself as the preferred destination for families with children.
Since 2019, Gatti has been President of Marche Holiday Villages in Confcommercio Marche Centrali, the Association representing the largest open-air accommodation facilities in the Region, which is part of the Marche Region’s Tourism Consultation Committee.
