Through the Mr PRENO Observatory, where requests and bookings of more than 1050 Italian accommodation facilities pass through, it will be illustrated how a carefully planned marketing plan can radically transform the performance of a hotel or camping village.
In the last two years, booking trends have undergone significant changes, with an increasing number of travellers planning their holidays well in advance, highlighting, for example, how accommodation requests and bookings start in the early winter months for the following summer.
