Good sleep as a fundamental element for the psychophysical well-being of the individual in his or her daily life. The speakers will speak with respect to “sleeping well,” in support of an active daily life (work, sports, social evenings, etc.) The objective is to spread the correct culture of sleep to improve awareness of the impact that rest has on our health: it is scientifically known that good sleep, by regenerating vital functions, can ensure a psychophysical well-being of the individual, improving efficiency in daily life, with oneself and with others, in compliance with a healthy lifestyle.
