Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Rinaldi Group spa SB, in 1993 he obtained a degree in Economics and Commerce and then qualified as a Certified Public Accountant. In 2004 she collaborates in the establishment of the Legno-Arredo Group in Assindustria Salerno and receives the appointment of vice-president, which she retains until 2007 and then serves as vice-president of the Small Industry Committee of Confindustria Salerno, of which she will be Treasurer for 2 years after which she takes on the position of Chair of the Plural Women's Committee of Confindustria Salerno.
In 2020, she was appointed Director in Charge of the Sleep Systems Group in AssarredoFLA. Since 2021 she has held the position of vice-president of Confindustria with responsibility for internationalization, training and generational transition.
