Marco Pelucchi
GM of Pelma and President of Aipef
Graduated from the University of Brescia with a degree in Economics and Business and subsequent Master's degree in “Economics and Management of Small and Medium Enterprises” at the “University & Enterprise” Consortium of the University of Brescia. Since 1994 he has been working at Pelma S.p.A. (production of Flexible Expanded Polyurethane), owned by the Pelucchi family, holding various positions of increasing responsibility. Since 2007 he has been Sole Director. Since 2004 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Aipef - Aziende Italiane Poliuretani Espansi Flessibili (Unionplast) - and at the head of the “Poliuretano-è” marketing project. Since 2016 he has also been President of Aipef and joined the Board of Europur - European Association of Flexible Expanded Polyurethane Manufacturers.
