An unprecedented and multidisciplinary method to better manage the offer of wines in wineries and restaurants located along food and wine routes, increasingly present in active tourism itineraries.
The main theme will be Wine List Design - a topic taken from the book ‘In Vino Business’, of which Di Tomaso is the author - with in-depth studies on the principles of Wine List design, initial Pricing and its remodelling through monthly analyses, the risks of the Procurement phase, the new opportunities of Wine Marketing and, lastly, sales in the room through Suggestive Selling techniques.
The utopian aspect of wine management, indicated in the book's subtitle, will also be mentioned.
