He is a professor of People Management and Organization at the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano and at the Cefriel digital innovation center. He is involved in management training, particularly with regard to issues of leadership, team management, negotiation, problem solving, and communication. He is the author of “Fate pace con il potere. Contro la retorica della leadership” (Egea 2024), ”Il design delle idee. Progettare discorsi e progettazioni” (Egea 2020), “Compito e relazione” (Streetlib 2018).
