She has always nurtured a strong passion for the tourism sector, which led her to pursue a Master's Degree in Tourism Economics at Ca' Foscari University. After acquiring several work experiences in the hospitality industry, since 2021 she has held the position of Open Air Project Manager at HBenchmark, a Hospitality Data Intelligence platform, which, thanks to the booking metrics received from the management systems (PMS) of campsites, returns in real time and, above all, in an anonymous and aggregated form a series of performance indicators (KPIs), strategic for the business development of both the destination and the individual facility.
Its main responsibilities include supporting tourism destinations and operators in order to facilitate them in making more informed decisions. Accurately comparing performance with local and national market trends is essential for improving competitiveness, optimizing revenue and marketing strategies, and ensuring sustainable economic growth of tourism destinations.
