A graduate in Business Management from the University of Salento, she grew up in close contact with the world of hospitality from a young age, coming from a family of entrepreneurs, owners and managers of the Tesoretto Hotel & Restaurant in Poggiardo (Lecce). Since 2016, she has been actively participating in international tourism fairs, an activity that has given her new perspectives and motivation to delve into the complex dynamics of the sector. These experiences, combined with her family's entrepreneurial tradition, have fuelled in her a strong interest in business management and a sense of responsibility, which resulted in her choosing to undertake a university course in management and a PhD.
