For over fifteen years she has been involved in consultancy and training in communication, digital marketing, copywriting, sales and service quality for hotels, restaurants, camping villages and destinations. A speaker at the most important events in the sector, she teaches at various universities, business schools and trade associations. She has collaborated with prestigious consulting companies and works as a journalist and copywriter for magazines and companies in the hotel industry. She is the author of numerous manuals and essays dedicated to hospitality. In 2020 she joined the international team of 20 tourism experts involved in the European Union project "Study on the feasibility of possible initiatives at EU level and establishment of a multi-stakeholder platform on quality of tourism accommodation services".
