Domenico Scida
Business Director Intercity Trenitalia
Domenico Scida, born on 20/05/1971 in Catanzaro, graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Calabria with 110/110 and where he held various managerial positions in Operations, up to and including honours.
After some work experience, he joined Trenitalia S.p.A. in 2002, in September 2017, when he took over as Regional Director of Calabria, a role he will hold until 2021.
Since 2021 he has been head of the Intercity Business Department, a department dedicated to the management of the national Intercity service and the international Crossborder Eurocity (Italy - Switzerland) and Euronight (Italy-Austria/Germany) services.
