A graduate in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin, she began her professional career at Ernst & Young, where she developed solid experience in management control. Subsequently, she joined Lab Travel, the family business, assuming the role of managing director. In this position, she coordinates a highly qualified, predominantly female team that supports Euphemia travel agents in all bureaucratic and administrative aspects. Under her leadership, the group has experienced significant growth, with a turnover of 60 million euros in 2023. Particularly committed to the company's technological development, she works on implementing innovative tools that enable agents to work more efficiently, always keeping the customer relationship, a crucial element for the group's success, at the center.
