She has more than two decades of experience in the technology and travel industry, beginning her career at Alitalia as a booking and ticketing agent before joining Sabre. During her dynamic 20 years at Sabre, she has held multiple roles, particularly distinguishing herself by leading the Delivery team for EMEA, where she successfully managed numerous agency conversion projects in the region. Currently, as Sabre's Country Manager in Italy, Paola leads sales, business operations and offline travel agency development, leveraging her deep understanding of technology dynamics and agency challenges to improve performance and customer relationships in the competitive travel market. In addition to her role at Sabre, Paola was elected as one of the members of the National Council of Confcommercio's Federation of Organized Tourism (FTO), a role that underscores her commitment and influence in the organized travel industry.
