Massimiliano Schiavon

President ITS Academy Tourism Veneto and President Federalberghi Veneto

Born in 1969, a well-known entrepreneur from Jesolo, head of the MJH Hospitality Group with 5 structures between Jesolo and Venice.

Already at the helm of the ITS Turismo foundation since 2011, he is now the President of Federalberghi Veneto, the most representative trade Associacion of the hotel industry in Veneto.

Son of hoteliers, married and father of two boys, he continued since young with the family business. Since 2007, and for three consecutive terms, he has been President of the Associazione Jesolana Albergatori.

He joined various boards of local entities such as:

Jesolo Turismo Spa, Consorzio di Promozione Turistica, member of the Fidimpresa Turismo Veneto committee; since 2011 head of the ITS Turismo Veneto foundation; member of Executive Committee Federalberghi Veneto and member of the national board since 2007. In 2019, on behalf of Federalberghi, he held the role of chairperson, coordinating the reception and human resources table, as part of the Veneto tourism strategic plan; coordinator, for the Veneto Region, of the Hospitality Card Decalogue; member of the regional board of Unicredit Bank. Since 2024 Vice-President of Federalberghi and President of Confturismo Veneto.
