Lucia Tucci

After completing her education in business management, Lucia pursued a master’s degree in tourism economics at Bocconi University. She then worked as a community manager for the Associazione Startup Turismo, closely engaging with the sector's innovative dynamics. In September 2021, she founded and became the President of DestinAction, the first national community of young tourism professionals. Since May 2022, she has worked at Ideazione Srl, a consulting firm specializing in territorial development alongside tourism, cultural, and agri-food entities and businesses. Here, she helps identify tourism marketing strategies and implements territorial enhancement projects in various Italian regions, defining sustainable development paths.
